Impeccable! Love this hotel!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about, in fact, my main comment would be how friendly and helpful the staff are, across the whole hotel. We really enjoyed cocktails and light bites in the main lobby bar and were looked after beautifully by Rajesh, thank you! I would go to a concert at the O2 just to stay in this hotel!! Great job IC team, thank you!

This is a gorgeous hotel but if you need to take an Uber or a Taxi do NOT stay here on a weekend. There is an ongoing tunnel closure that no one told us about even once we arrived that makes driving from downtown London to the hotel over an hour. It’s only a 15 minute drive to downtown but no taxi or Uber will take you. We were completely stranded twice. I missed out on 3/4 of a Premier league game as a result (the hotel spent 30 min trying to get a taxi they probably knew wasn’t coming) then didn’t tell me the reason - and when I asked for a taxi an hour before we had to leave for the airport the next morning - I went down only yo be told after 30 extra minutes of waiting none was available. We had to cart all of our luggage to the train station and offer the taxi stand 3x the rate ($150) to go a 15 min drive. This hotel needs to earn its guests. Otherwise nice rooms.

We had a lovely stay here for our 23rd Wedding anniversary. We were greeted on arrival and check in was smooth. I knew about the £100 deposit from someone else’s review so it was not a shock. Disappointed to be told the spa was closed but glad to be informed. Sadly not told that the gym was closed or the 18th floor cocktail bar. Did not like the knock at the door late evening asking if we would like to book treatments. The pool was lovely (shame about the children jumping in the pool) the steam room was good. Dinner & breakfast especially at the Market Brasserie was good. Attentive staff. All in all I would recommend and return.

Excellent hotel. Service is brilliant and the breakfast is well worth the money. It is obviously used by people who are going to concerts so it can be very busy, but that is to be expected.

Fabulous hotel
Excellent hotel, very convenient for the O2. All staff were lovely, polite and friendly. Room was great with floor to ceiling windows looking over the Thames, a large bathroom with everything provided that you would need. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, staff here were super attentive. All in all a fabulous stay 😊

Beautiful hotel with poor business ethics
I was charged £300 for one night which is despicable. The concert at O2 was cancelled and this hotel was non refundable. Really pissed off with their lack of ethics. Also refused to give me IHG reward points. Beautiful hotel but badly treat loyal customers anf i wont return.
