Horrible smell from room 308, was either the fridge or carpet. a complete contrast to my wonderful stay on the 2nd floor in Nov 2019. carpet was heavily stained too, was really fithy. no vacuuming had been done either if you lok where the bedside table meets the carpet, there were nails and hairs and dirt. so disappointing after a wonderful stay in Nov hence why I came back. reported this to reception

Good price /quality. Underground a very short walk away. Good decoration. Confortable beds. Many food shops on the street. Restaurants, pubs, chemist. Had stayed at this hotel about a year ago. Nowadays the standart of cleanliness has gone downhill!!!!! Dirty carpet, dusty, dirty Windows. Bathroom, ok. A shame! Hope improvements are in the horizon.

Great location.

Very conveniently located to the tube station and surrounded by food places. Clean room and easy check in and out.

Great Location

2 Minute walk to Earl's Court tube Station. 3 pubs very near Very good as a base for visitors to London. Staff were pleasant and polite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great location, lovely staff, enjoyable stay

We stayed in a twin room for two nights and the hotel offered all the comfort needed on such a short stay. The staff was very friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean as well as quite spacious for London standards. There is no hotel restaurant, although lots of restaurants and bars can be found within 5 min walking distance from the hotel front door. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a central, clean, no-fuss hotel.

My room was tiny, and that's ok, but also the window didn't close, lamp on the ceiling was blinking and the view to "garden" was a view to garbage bins. Found the flat iron that was mentioned in the room description on top of a dirty and dusty cupboard.
