There were no hand towels ever! Kind of hard for 2 people to use a washcloth to dry their hands for 24 hours!! The bathroom was alway hot… ? some kind of hidden heater??so was the closet, maybe the refrigerator. But basically nice for the price Only about 1-1/2 blocks to lots of shopping and restaurants 3 blocks to Bayswater underground.

I def suggest you to stay in the hotel. Very close to subway and there are lots of restaurants to dine in. Very safe to stay. I will def stay again if I go back to London.

The room was very clean. I received clean towels every day. The hotel was placed in a good location. Those working in the lobby were friendly and ready to help answer any questions that I had.

However big of a room you think you are getting, cut it in half. Booked a double room and got maybe a half-sized bed. I remember taking a picture of the room when I first got there because I was so surprised how it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was maybe two feet of clearance surrounding the bed. But it did have A/C.

Great cozy room for people who intend on being out sight seeing. The neighborhood is quite active and has lots of shops that are open until about 10pm. It's in a great location near the tube, and a block away from buses to other neighborhoods. The hotel itself is in a very old building, but the lobby and rooms are pretty updated, with a mini fridge available too. 4/5, great spot and would stat again.
