Q: Can I book the apartment for Tonight/Tomorrow/Next Week?
A: Yes, If the calendar has the date marked as available then feel free to proceed with a booking and it will be confirmed right away, I update the calendar almost every day and there is no need to email me to confirm the date/s you require even if the booking is for the same day, you are welcome to stay. I can not always get back to you straight away and the apartment is very, very popular, especially on the weekends so it's best to just book before someone else does and contact me afterwards unless you have some specific questions that would prevent you from proceeding.

Q: I would like to book your listing for a date in the future that doesn't appear to be currently available, is it possible and can you open those dates on the calendar for me?
A: If the date is not listed as available then it has already been booked or unavailable for some other reason (maintenance etc) please only enquire for dates that are listed as available on the calendar. If this suits your needs, then feel free to make a reservation right away for any date/s within the next 6 months.

Q: My Flight Arrives Very Late in the Evening/Night, would it be possible to check in very late?
A: Yes, I have had guests arrive as late as 1-2am which is absolutely fine.

Q: My Flight arrives very early in the morning can I check in before the normal check-in time of 3pm?
A: Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am, this allows 3-4 hours for the cleaners to come and change bedding and do general cleaning. However if the apartment is not occupied from the night before then you can obviously check in as early as you like. If the apartment is occupied from the night before then it is possible by prior arrangement to leave bags from 11am onwards while the cleaners are there, you can then take a set of keys, leave and then come back after 3pm when the cleaners have finished.

Q: My Flight Departs late in the Afternoon/Evening, can I check out at 11am, leave my bags in the apartment and come back for them later in the day?
A: This really depends on whether the apartment is booked with the next guests checking in the same day as your departure, Even if there are guests checking in then if they arrive later in the day after the time you wish to collect your luggage then this is obviously also fine. It would not be possible to leave bags after the time in which the next guests check in as this can cause privacy issues. An alternative option is to leave your bags at Liverpool Street Station which is located only 5 minutes walk away. You can securely store your bags at "Left Luggage" between 7am -11pm daily. Charges are between ₤6-10 depending on the length of time.

Q: We are driving into London, do you have parking available during our stay?
A: The apartment is right in the City of London so parking can be a little tricky however there are some paid parking stations available as well as long term parking listed on the parkopedia website which can be booked online in advance from ₤10 per day. Otherwise you can park for free on the street near Hendon Central Tube Station on the northern line in North London -Zone 3 and about 30 mins by Tube to the apartment.

Q: Do you Provide Towels and Linen?
A: Yes, All Linen and Towels are provided during your stay and Supplied from an external company that also services the top 5 Star Hotels in London.

Q: How Far to the nearest Tube Station/Supermarket?
A: We are Located in Zone 1 within the City of London so you can walk to just about anywhere in Minutes and Aldgate East Tube Station is literally next door, only a 2 minute walk away, Buses also depart just around the corner to just about everywhere. There is a Tescos Supermarket next to the tube station open to 11pm daily.

Q: Your apartment is 4 Bedrooms which looks like it sleeps 8 people. We have 10 people in our group, is it possible to book the apartment and how would the sleeping arrangments work out?
A: There are 4 rooms, 1 King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Bed and 2 Double Beds. We also have 2 single mattresses and the couch is also available.

Q: I would like to book for just a Saturday Night, is it possible?
A: Normally a 3 night minimum would apply for a Saturday Night Stay due to the fact that it is very difficult to find another guest that would want to book just the Friday night or Sunday without including the Saturday night. However you can send me an email just in case.

Q: When is payment made for the booking and Security Deposit?
A: Homeaway policy to take full payment at the time of booking to secure the reservation, the Security deposit is held in a trust account by Homeaway and released back to your credit card the day after check-out.

Q: How Long will it take to get from the airport to the apartment?
A: I would allow about 1 hour to clear customs and collect your bags + 1 1/2 hours for public transport so around 2 1/2 hours all together in my experience is about right no matter which airport you fly into.

In desperate need of some money spending on the property. Run down, needing a deep clean and a total redecoration, broken furniture, lack of equipment in the kitchen, wires poking out in various places. Avoid.

Great location and very clean. The host is very organized and sent very detailed information regarding the property and surrounding areas. The only drawback was that there was only one washroom available, which makes mornings difficult if traveling with a large group.

We stayed here on 2 occasions, as we were traveling from the USA to London and then to Italy and back again by way of London. Nathan was gracious in letting us split up our stay with 3 nights on the front end of our trip and then just 2 more nights on our way back. It was helpful to come back to a conveniently located place which we were familiar with, since our 2nd flight came in around midnight. Location is excellent and so is having 4 bedrooms. As a family of 6 ages 7-67, we were all comfortable here. Glad we found this and happy we stayed here.

Perfect base for exploring London
We were on a large family trip with seven people. This apartment was great as a home base where each couple and one teenager had our own room with common space. It is close to attractions so those on our party with hop on/off passes could get to a spot quickly, and those of us exploring on our own had the tube right around the corner. It was a perfect home base for our family to explore London.

5 women & 2 men just couldn’t deal with just one bathroom. The shower had a lot of pressure & sprayed all over. We moved to a hotel the next day for the rest of our stay.

Only minutes from restaurants, shops and local attractions
Nice flat that's only about a 15 minute walk to the Tower of London. Secured building with stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. Good for large families but only having 1 bathroom and 1 shower, located in two different rooms make it a little challenging.

Convenient location for larger group
We traveled as a 3-generation family of 6, ages 6-67, and this apartment was a good fit for us. The location was very convenient to the Underground. (For us, proximity to Liverpool Street Station was also helpful as we needed access to London Stansted airport.) And to have 4 bedrooms in a London flat at this price was great. Nathan was accommodating, allowing us to split our time at this apartment on our way back and forth to Italy. He also provided detailed directions for check-in and was highly responsive when we were booking. However, communication once we arrived was a bit more challenging. We had a couple small things come up and it was harder to get in touch with Nathan then. However, it worked out in the end and we had a very good stay here. I’d say our size group was a good fit here. Much larger may feel cramped. Overall, I’m glad we stayed here. It was a good home base for our UK/EU holiday.

The apartment is in an excellent location and the information received by the host prior to our stay were clear and concise making our arrival and stay so easy. Apartment was clean and beds were super comfortable! Weather was very hot during our stay but fans had been provided! My one criticism is that the apartment seemed a little tired, a coat of paint and would have been 5 stars. Would definitely recommend

Awesome location, very clean, great communication with Nathan
Perfect apartment for a group of people. Steps from Tesco, Tube, Tower of London, and the City. Very easy to navigate around all of London and Heathrow. Nice, clean well kept apartment. Great to use as a base for exploring and sleeping. Not tons of room for chilling out, but that’s what pubs are for! We had a couple minor changes and requests that Nathan gladly worked out with us.

Comfortable accommodations near the city center
My family (wife, 19 y/o daughter, and 16 y/o son) stayed at this apartment in July 2017. The apartment is located in a neighborhood that is a bit off the typical track for London visitors (at least so I think). However, it is really close to the Tower of London (maybe a 15 minute walk), and has great access to the London Underground. The rooms are very comfortable, and Nathan detailed everything very carefully and provided us with great information on the apartment.

We loved staying at this flat. The owner goes to great pains to ensure you completely and easily understand how everything works, the great sites around the flat, and how to arrive and depart. He's also very responsive to emails. Our whole family also enjoyed the Turkish food at Agah, just down the street.

Excellent - great location & facilities
Only a minute from tesco & the nearest tube station, this was perfect for us - 4 couples. All facilities we needed for our week in London, clean & tidy. Nathan was a great host who meet us when we arrived & again as we left. Strongly recommend this accomodation for others requiring this sort of London accomodation.

We had a great stay in London at Nathan's apartment. It has easy access to the underground which is exactly what we were looking for. The apartment itself is just as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Nathan made it very easy to find and was intent on making us feel right at home. Great location in London
Great location. Close to Tower of London and train stations. Nathan was flexible when our flight was delayed and still met us at the property when we finally arrived. Great view from the balcony. It was warmer than usual during our stay, but the ability to open the windows allowed breezes to flow through and we were very comfortable.

Grear place for our family reunion!
Nathan's apartment proved to be exactly as described: clean, pleasant and conveniently located. It was the perfect accommodation for our multigenerational family of nine, ages 12-77. It was five minutes from the tube which we used daily. Nathan's photo directions from the tube to the flat were a tremendous help to tired travelers. We enjoyed his restaurant suggestions - the neighborhood is rich with interesting spots. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation! Lovely flat, great location. Balcony a real plus, 4 good bedrooms - if I had to be picky then a 2nd bathroom would be useful but at least the loo is separate and you'll just have to be organised with the shower rota. Nathan was helpful, instructions were clear and succinct. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and I think I may use it again next year. Don't be put off by the comments reference the communal areas - it was fine!! Tesco just below and Spitalfields a very short walk - the hugest selection of restaurants imaginable! I would recommend

Perfect Location for our short stay in London
We found this apartment met our needs for our group of ten, including 2 small children on our short two night stay in London. While a little crowded, all the bedrooms and bedding were as we requested. The kitchen table and chairs did not meet the standard of the remainder of the property, but were adequate for our needs. The property was clean and well maintained, and wel stocked with necessary amenities. Location could not have been better for access to the tube and nearby shopping. Key access was a bit confusing but worked out with the assistance of our taxi driver. Being in Whitechappel, be sure to take the local "Jack the Ripper" walking tour offered just down the street or visit the many local restaurant. We would book this apartment again on our next trip to London. We felt this property was good value with our large group.

As advertised...
Don't be put off on arrival. The entrance hall, lift and landing filled me with a sense of trepidation but once you are inside the flat then your view will change. Whilst relatively small (not sure I'd want to stay here as a group of 10!!) the flat was more than spacious enough for our group. The kitchen was relatively well stocked and the flat itself was clean & tidy. One of the bedroom's has a lovely balcony as well. TV reception wasn't great on ITV and one of the four sets of keys that were left out for us doesn't fit the door! The key pick up arrangement is straightforward albeit a bit of a trek if you don't know the area. The choice of bars and restaurants around the flat is superb. In addition, the supermarket & tube stations are both very convenient. Make sure you fit in a trip to Spitalfields market just down the road and try Trade (two minute walk) for breakfast.
