Too little room, even for central London for three
Rooms are not designed with three people in mind. Yes, there are three beds but you could hardly move around the room, it was a constant traffic Jane when getting ready to go out. It’s central London and room is scarce, but the location could’ve at least included some well designed storage space- there wasn’t any so our items were everywhere. Only book if you’re a single.
The hotel was in a great location. Easily accessible to and from public transportation, dining and more. The staff was attentive, friendly and awesome! Would stay there again for sure!
We had a rubbish experience staying at this hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. Very dirty no space to even walk. 3 adult staying in smallest room ever I stayed at.

Despite having the DND sign out staff simply ignored this and entered the room while I was out. I could tell because the room had been made up which I hate. While the room had been cleaned there was dirt in the shower that wasn’t there before, it looked like it was lint from the mop. Hotels where staff enter despite the DND sign are unsafe, let alone the carbon footprint due to unnecessary cleaning so I won’t stay there again, which is a shame because location was great and the room itself was very functional.
