This hotel is a refurbished home, I was in room 120 above the kitchen with NO views, windows had a covering over them . The room had low ceilings, low lighting and just made me feel claustrophobic. Breakfast at 22 pounds was not good. This place had a high rating and I was just disappointed and should have just booked the double tree around the corner.

Very helpful staff, clean room, lots of amenities (slippers, bottled water, coffee, toothbrush kit, etc), big fluffy bath towels. Only very minor complaint would be that the bathroom was a little bit squishy (the toilet is facing the shower wall and I kept having to maneuver myself onto the toilet to avoid hitting my head or arm on it). Great stay here and would definitely stay again.

The area was clean, safe, and had easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself seemed to be under some construction with uneven floors and cracked walls. My room was located below ground floor and staff continued to ask why I was there even after I checked in! I was located by the front door and I could clearly hear staff talking up in the lobby.

We stayed in a junior suite with our 8 year old and it was perfect! Quiet and enough space with a door closing between the two rooms. There was enough space in the hotels mini fridge to store some yogurt and milk for easy breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel

Nice boutique hotel in great location for the tube, shopping and restaurants. Nice staff. Room was below ground with weird indoor/outdoor carpet but a few nice touches that made the room feel special. Eg coffee machine, cookies, tea pot and tea, I’d stay again.
