Celebrating a night away in style.
Absolutely loved our stay at this Hotel. The drinks they offered on check-in were lovely. Just that little bit of an added extra touch. The only down side was the breakfast was not as we would have hoped. The toast was cold and hard. And the bacon was over cooked as were the hash browns. For £33 we expected better quality of breakfast. But the staff were so accommodating and excellently attentive. Also our breakfast got completely discounted when we checked out. So all in all it was such a lovely experience. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at the spacious super modern Middle Eight. Great room with everything provided including free soft drinks in fridge, even tiny glass bottles of milk to add to your Nespresso coffee. Robes & slippers. Very hi tech tv which is either facing the bed or can pivot to face the sofa & sitting area. Room service & breakfast in the dining room were both very good & the service is smiling & friendly. Its location in Covent Garden is just out of the crazy bustle of the Piazza area but only a very short walk away. Recommend.

This hotel was exactly as I expected , matches the description and the pictures I saw online. From the minute I checked in , Saq the staff member at the desk was very kind and professional . He informed me of all the services and amenities available at the hotel and I felt safe and very welcomed. The room itself was spectacular and had everything I needed from AC to a window that can actually open and a don’t disturb digital button for convenience . I also loved the option which allows me to alter the light levels in the room. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely visit again. Thank you Middle eight , especially Saq.

Luxury hotel with all the bells and whistles. They have a chill out room which unfortunately I didn’t have the time to use… the staff were excellent and so welcoming. You also get a nice few surprises in your room which were cool. It was super quiet and the bed super comfy. The location was also great if you’re going to the theatre. I’d definitely stay again at the right price.

The hotel is gorgeous as are the rooms and lobby downstairs unfortunately tho where the hotel let me down was the housekeeping staff. My partner and I were walked in on at 10am on the day we were due to check out. I was indecent and the housekeeper never knocked prior to entering the room she just used her key and entered while we were in bed. I suffer with anxiety and PTSD so he had to explain to the housekeeper she should not just barge in but make her presence known first with a knock. We asked before hand for no housekeeping until we check out at 12 because we were travelling on the day of check out. I’m embarrassed and very disappointed. It ruined my stay right at the end.

Good hotel, but not a 5 star standard. There's a night club in the hotel basement and the bass can be heard till late. If you are in London for partying, no problem. But if you'd like to relax after a day exploring, this is not the best place. Very good location, but not a very restful experience.

Alright I guess
The customer service was good. The room we stayed in had a funny smell and I thought it would be much bigger and there was no clear instructions on how to control the heating so one minute we were cold the next we were hot. And I also did not know I had to pay a £100 deposit when I arrived which I feel like customers should be aware of this before entering the hotel. Other than that the hotel/decor was lovely.
