Good Value, clean and coin central London location
Nice quiet location but within walking distance of Victoria/pimlico tube and facilities. Clean, quiet homely hotel room - compact but comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities / coffee machine would be an asset - however overall good especially given the central London location. Charming receptionist!

Beautiful street; Building converted from flats or apartments, so inside is ultra modern for those that like that. Rooms are tiny but clean and quiet, except when other guests are inconsiderate. I had a nice stay and slept well. These supposedly energy saving UK upgrades to electricity and tech should require multiple adapters US;UK;EU in room. Still need adapters when traveling. Big drawback is no lift. No Lift!

Booked a double room when i arrived at the property with my little baby, when i opened the door of the my room it was a twin room. I immediately went to reception to complain, the guy said ‘this is the only room available, i can cancel and you can find another place to stay’ imagine the anger?? At 11pm! Only reason I booked this hotel was because they had a double room available but clearly they didnt? He said it was not available so we joined 2 single beds? My pregnant wife and little baby had to suffer all night! I called the hotel twice prior to attending to ensure everything was in place, specifically asking to not be in the basement too and i was told “dont worry your double room is not in the basement. In the morning when checking out i asked to speak to a manager and was told rudely ‘she is busy’ so i walked out and contacted expedia - expedia contacted the hotel and the hotel LIED by saying they gave me a king size bedroom? And courtesy checked on us twice? Which they did not. Thank goodness i took photos and videos of my room. Expedia contacted again and were told by the hotel that they will offer me £10 compensation. I don’t know whether this was to add salt to the wound? Mornington hotel is a must avoid! You book one room and they give another. Very rude staff! Apart from chocolates and water provided NOTHING else was good about this stay and i am extremely disappointed. I will be taking this further as i do not wish this upon anyone in their visit.

The compactness of the room, can hardly move the alarms after 1:30am, could not sleep afterwards great marketing but poor, not what's on the internet staff is friendly and helpful, can't fault them the lies about parking on website were the worst when that was the biggest criteria...absolutely nowhere to park overnight in any of the close-by street, Victoria train station charges £32 a night... Be honest, do not raise expectations and then make us feel bad when we get dissapointed, the staff service us excellent though...they probably know we are being fed lies on the website

Mornington Hotel … worth it.
Amazing front desk, especially Nicole. We found that many boutique hotels in London have small rooms, but with her help we were comfortable in our room.. Being close to Victoria Station made it better, especially for trains, buses, and hop-on hop- off buses,

Good for a quick stay! Not good for a big family! No lift so carry all your bags. Room are very very small, can hardly move around, but like I said for a quick with a small hand carry bag it’s a good place to stay.

Room was very clean and bathroom was lovely. Staff were lovely. Only negative (tiny one) was there wasnt a window in our room which would have been better. Otherwise, very convenient and safe place to stay.

Convenient location and comfortable room
Very quiet, comfortable and clean room. However, I personally think it’s not necessary to have all those cushions in that particular small (standard double) room. It really get in the way when you think about any emergency situation plus you get no room for your belongings. Anyway, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasant stay!
