11 Night Stay
Sadly voted in the worse accommodation group after 2 months of travelling around the world. The aircon and dishwasher was broken this took 5 days to be sorted (first time around). Staff at reception had very mixed attitudes. Spoke with other guests and they had similar problems with aircon appliances, and staff that didn't really care. We were given 2 dish tabs and 2 washing machine tabs for 11 days. I think they were worried we would steal them. Had to ask repeatedly for loo paper. As a guest you don't want to be asking for the basics. ** The shower over bath access is dangerous very high down onto a slippery surface with no hand rail. Poor lighting over main table. Given 3 access cards and told to leave one in the power slot - this meant the cleaner didn't have to service room as no one answered the door. Finally the roof started to cave in from a water leak above... the room stunk from this problem. We were given a meal tab at the cafe which wasn't good enough. Manager lacked the skills to care for guests and should have moved us to a new room.
