Close to Paddington station, room was clean and they provided some snacks , water and kettle for instant coffee or tea. Disappointed no cnn on tv. Lead lady in breakfast area was rude and disrespectful. On the other hand , a gentleman named Adi was polite , helpful and courteous. Front desk staff were great too! Was odd they didn’t have wash cloths but they brought some when I asked. Layout is a bit awkward with multiple doors and changes in elevation , like 5 steps on a corner going up. Breakfast was ok but no turkey or chicken sausage, was enough but not anything fancy or anything worth bragging about. Thought a bit pricey on the value for it. Nonetheless it was ok for a quick last minute trip from Paris to London.

The Park Grand Hyde Park was good enough for one night to catch the early train back to Heathrow. Although the staff was kind and helpful, I would probably not stay there again, especially if I had longer to stay. The room was very small. It was clean enough but maybe not deeply cleaned. When I got there the window was open and had no latch to lock it. It’s a shame these things weren’t up to par because it was really conveniently located to Paddington Station, and with some maintenance and cleaning could be much better.

The hotel is a resident converted into a hotel, challenging to go up steps and narrow hallways to get to your room. The air conditioner thermostat was broken and the staff would not fix it. Rooms above us transmit every sound, and sleeping is tough when the neighbors are still awake. The front entrance parking lot is dirty with cigarette butt and garbage.

The location was perfect…walking distance to Paddington Station was a must when looking for a hotel and Park Grand is perfectly placed for that! We added breakfast to our reservation and I am so glad we did because it was delicious and the staff so accommodating!! Our room suited us and met our needs…very clean and plenty of space for us! The bathroom is small but I knew that when I booked and it was not a problem at all! I will definitely book again!!

This hotel is reasonably priced and is located on a charming block in Paddington, London. It is not handicap accessible as does have three steps to access the front door. It has very tiny rooms, soft mattresses, little or no furniture. We had a chair in the corner. To be fair, i do not know if other rooms were similar. Our friends who were also staying there, were offered rooms with stairs even though my buddy declared he had difficulty managing stairs. The bathroom was incredibly small and very difficult to maneuver in. We inquired about and booked two days of the buffet breakfast. They required payment with the booking. That is not a practice, I have seen anywhere else. The breakfast was just ok, with enough choices to get your day going. Coffee was awfully weak. We arrived about midday and they had our room ready even though check in time was 3pm. That was a blessing to get our luggage unpacked after traveling all night. Our friends had use of a hospitality room for their things. They seem to cram in as many patrons as possible without considering their comfort. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was fairly average, which isn't a bad thing. Great location. We stayed here because our original hotel had no AC and was ridiculously hot. I booked this at midnight and slept here and the staff was nice and the AC worked. That's all I could ask for.

Upon checkin, the hotel didn’t have the room I reserved on Expedia (Quadruple superior for 4people) and they checked us into a loft room meant for only 2 people, with only 1 queen bed, a sofa bed without bedsheets, and 2 towels. The hotel refused to provide a partial refund even though we paid for a different room as we found out the room situation.

The AC does not work. Extremely hot rooms. Seems like that they turn off the AC when you leave the room for the day. When you return - you enter an extremely hot and stuffy room. They gave us a room where WiFi doesn’t work. Rooms are very very small and extremely small bathroom. No plug points for universal chargers or c plugs. No place to even out a usb charger.

Great location and friendly, Rooms are small but that was expected. Bed felt like it was sloping on one side though and staff assumed the room was empty trying to get into the room while we had been asleep
