I enjoyed my stay here - I was suprised by how nice my room was because I got a bargain price. The bed was very comfy. The shower was slightly rusty but nothing to complain about really. My only negative really is the elevator 'ding' when someone called it was a bit of a disturbance at 7am ish onwards. Otherwise, lovely staff and nice hotel an ok distance from the tube. Would deffo stay again!

Slightly strange, when calling them prior to myself and my daughter arriving they said they had parking so when we arrived we found out there was no parking and we just have to park on the main road at £20 per day. The room - marks all over the carpets and walls, hole in the netting of the windows, windows not even cleaned, curtain starting to fall down, the shower had cracks in the bottom of the shower tray, and the rooms very small, no restaurant or food options we found ourselves having to go to Aldi or out for food. It does say the hotel has a restaurant but it’s more like a conference room with kitchen accessories but not very welcoming at all just very confusing. At reception there is a tiny little bar but that’s the only place you can get a drink, not even a seating area to be honest. But anyway moving on, the best part about this stay was the staff being really nice and friendly and the bed was very comfortable but just on the small side and very close to St George’s hospital which is why we stayed.

Concern GDPR
I am concern about how they handle people's data. They left the customer details on desk for everyone to view. I was there when they left a photo copy of the person's passport, i can read their name, DOB, etc was left on the desk. The man came back, his details was still there, by his name i know where he was from i started speaking to him in his language. He then complained that this is not the first time they lost his document, when they asked for my proof of ID, I told them my concern about how they handle people information. I asked for their manager. An older Asian man came out, already irritated by my appearance and very dismissive of my concern. He told me if I am not happy I should cancel my booking and leave. I said to him he is not addressing the issue, he then say to the receptionist to charge me more because I only book for single room and there are 2 of use, he didnt bother to check my booking. I said to him, I paid for 2 people. I told him i will have to start recording this conversation, he said i dont right to record. I asked him for a copy of how they process my data. I dont have my id on me, so I was asked to email a copy of my driving licence via email & I requested for how they process my data. The manager just walked off, he was very dismissive. He came back telling me you sit down over there, as if he is talking to a child. Till now, i have not received the details of how they process my data.

The staff are not very helpful i requested a cot on the booking i made qnd when i arrived for my stay with my 1 year old daughter was told on check in the room they had supplied was not big enough for a carry cot which they knew id requested i asked if anything could be sorted ie change room to which they said that was all they had which was completely unacceptable as my daughter had to to on a very high double bed which was very unsafe for her we needed to be up early as my daughter had a appointment booked for the next day to have neurosurgery i did not get the good nights sleep i need as i was up making sure my daughter did not fall off the high bed i contacted the hotel to complain and they have completely blanked me i would not recommend staying here

Hotel was great as we just wanted a room for one night and wasn’t intending to eat there or use any facilities which were limited as expected. Parking is road side so whilst not a problem for us, could be a concern for some.

Wimbledon trip
Comfortable bed, good nights sleep. No restaurant and bar shuts at 7pm. 3 floors of guest rooms and a lot of flats. Very close to good little cafe for breakfast.h’s cafe.
