Clean and well located. Staff were very good but wouldn’t stay again as the matress was so uncomfortable neither of us slept for the two nights which ruined our weekend. We considered moving to another hotel. Staff did give us another duvet to lay in but it didn’t help

Great location…very close to the Underground train system. Rooms are tiny…be prepared. There is no place to put your belongings so we lived out of our suitcases. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Overpriced
The negatives : The room was minuscule! I kept banging my elbows when trying to get changed. Nowhere to put bags so just had to step over them to get from the bed to the bathroom! The window wouldn’t close so there was no sound proofing at all, so I was treated to the joys of sirens all night. The lift only went up to the 5th floor and the narrow staircase was narrow, so very difficult to get up with three bags. No kettle, so that much needed cup of tea in the morning didn’t happen! I felt this was overpriced for the negatives that existed. The positives : it was spotlessly clean, the shower was powerful and the staff on the front desk were polite and professional.

Cosy solo room is claustrophobically tiny with no desk and uncomfortable. Noisy, large gap under door, bright street lights with inadequate curtains.

Room was very small, I’m quite small but the shower was really pokey! Hairdryer could not reach to see in any mirrors which is always really irritating. Slept fine, it was ok, just very small!

If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near popular Westminster area sites at a fair price, this is an excellent option. Rooms are very small but well layed out and we knew this going in so wasn’t an issue. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

No free coffee....really?
I know what I am getting with Point a Hotels. It's clean, neat, very efficient and economical - but honestly I did appreciate the free coffee in my previous stay... disappointed not to get that this time. Crossing fingers you reinstate that before I need to book again.

The property is well located. Just a few steps to the subway station also it is near to the train station. The room is small but it has all that you need for a short stays. The staff always was kind. This location is near to the main places to visit. And the Costa just around the corner is very convenient.

Stayed here for a wedding and it did the job for location. Was very clean, room was really small. The plug hole in the sink in our room wouldn’t open so sink was left filled with water, we told the reception staff who said it would be fixed when we were out and it never was. Overall it was fine and good value for central London.

Staff is great. The space in bedroom is extremely tight, bedroom is for a twin bed and I got a full bed. There is no much space for luggage. The area is very convenient and metro across the street. There are city main tourist points in walkable distance as well as restaurants and pubs.
