Very friendly receptionist, helped with moving bags and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located right by Kings Cross Station and the surrounding areas are lovely to walk through. Bathrooms and rooms were clean and comfortable.
If you need a place walking distance from Pancras & aren't put off by tiny rooms or shared toilets, this quirky little place it wonderful & very charming. Inwould stay here again.
The property is in a good location near Kings Cross train station, and near a walkable dining and shopping area. Very convenient, and the staff were friendly and flexible with checkout times. Great stay in London!
Good place to stay - central location and comfortable room. My room had a shared bathroom on a different floor but the room itself was perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. Bed was comfortable and looks recently decorated
This is a good choice for an overnight stay. Reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels in the area, you get what you pay for. My room is on the top floor with no elevator. Thankfully, the Night manager carried my bags upstairs, but I’ll have to carry them down this morning when I leave. I had a shared bathroom, which thankfully was across the hall. Good area, clean rooms, narrow beds.
This was my first time staying in London alone and as soon as I arrived at the hotel I was at ease. The hotel itself was amazing, the room had everything I needed and more and the staff were suberp! Cannot recommend this lovely hotel enough. I was able to drop my bags before check in and they even allowed me to leave my suitcase after I'd checked out so I could enjoy the day before my train.
It is a small and cozy hotel. We chose it because of it's proximity to the St. Pancras Station, we were traveling to Partis the next day. We flew in from the States and got to the hotel around noon. The staff was extremely helpful with recommending what to do before we could check in at 3 pm. We left our luggage (securely), walked around, and ate brunch. We returned to the lobby about i.5 hours before check-in. We were tired. The staff let us check into our room before 3 pm because they recognized that we were tired. The room was small with two twin beds, a sink, and a small counter for the coffee pod. The bathrooms/toilets are communal, with the biggest bathroom in the level below reception. No worries all locations were supper clean. We would stay again in the future.
