I have stayed in over 100 hotels in my business life and this is by far the worst . Unhelpful staff, dirty linen that didn’t fit the bed, I had to to change the mattress over due to stains, dirty bathroom, so noisy , windows didn’t shut right, carpet filthy, pillows smelt, room was disgusting. Enough said I feel, this was an awful experience.

Had someone on staff to help when ever needed however the staff were not always pleasent to work with. We had a few questions about a taxi/Uber service as from out of country and the lady was not at all helpful.

We paid for breakfast for the two days we were there, however as breakfast was inedible on the first day, we didn't bother with breakfast on the second day and went elsewhere for food.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. On the positive side, it is good value for money considering similar hotels in the area. The cleaning service was good, I commend Viviana for excellent work. However, there are few issues that you need to be aware (1) There is no safe and when I handed over my valuables to the receptionist, Hiron at the time, he provided absolutely no receipt and placed my valuables in a poor envelop and took it to back office. Upon check out, Joanna had no trace of my valuables including my passport which was needed for travel. I panicked big time. There is no system in place. She called various people while I was sweating with stress and finally it was found. This is a ridiculous system and not 'safe' at all (2) the A/C does not work in any of the rooms, the windows barely open and the best hotel can do is supply you with a fan - I never pushed for a compensation which was due as the room lacked the basic airing facility (3) the transportation to the hotel is problematic, public transport is nonexistent and getting uber is a hit and miss as they end up in strange places and you have to walk a lot to get to them, on one occasion uber eat had to cancel my order leaving me with no choice but to go to Burger King in Welcome Break.
Found underwear under our bed, room smelt of smoke, mold around ceiling in bathroom, no plug for bath, beds were like sleeping on springs...do not go.

Another bad nights sleep
Room was too hot, 24.6 degrees, I complained and was brought a fan which had more dust on it than a 100 year old painting, and was noisier than a jet engine so couldn’t use it and didn’t sleep well and had no window that could open for some fresh air. Not a good stay
Was not impressed at all with accommodation. Had to pay to park in car park, this was not mentioned in booking details, the curtains in room didn’t fit the whole window, aircon was not working, wanted to run a bath, there were no taps on the bath to run it!!! Bed uncomfortable, had booked a room with one single bed and double sofa bed, this was not what I was given.
The new check in process using machines (and also a person) is clunky and laborious particularly when you now also have to pay for parking.
For the first time I’ve stayed here I thought the property condition has slipped, general areas looked like they need a good hoover and scrub and my room- particularly bathroom, needs an overhaul or deep clean. Spots/ dirty on ceiling. Mould and dirty around tiles. Surfaces in bedroom looked just about clean.

Only 1 plug socket, air-conditioner didn't work room was very stuffy couldn't open a window. 4th bed was a mattress on a thin base very low. The mattress was hard and very uncomfortable, and poor lighting in the room. Wasn't value for money
It is a good hotel for short stays, the staff is very helpful and the room was clean, it was very pleasant for me to stay there with my family and our dog.
Mouldy bathroom with no working ventilation. Stuffy room that smelled mouldy and needed a good clean everywhere. Also, only informed on arrival that parking wasn't free and had to paid for at around £5 per night. Food in restaurant is typical preprepared frozen food - average

The location was easily reachable but far away from public transportation. The room was spaciou, they didn't have air conditioning and the windows dont open, it was hot inside and they chargd for parking when they have pldnty of empty spaces evdn for so many buses , they could have been more understanding and caring
