Ramada turned me away as I did not have a credit card. I offered to pay a cash deposit. They would not accept it. I questioned by saying you would rather loose my business to another hotel rather than take a cash deposit? They cancelled my reservation and turned me away. I had a wonderful experience at Staybridge Suites by IHG, the staff are very pleasent and more than willing to take my cash deposit. I would not recommend Ramada to anyone

Nothing wrong with the stay for the price, clean room, and fresh sheets. My only complaint is the walls seem paper thin. The people in the room next to me were talking at a normal level and I could still hear everything they were saying crystal clear. It made it tough falling asleep.

Very inadequate bedding. Two sheets and one flimsy blanket are not enough in a northern country in December. Even with the heat on, we added our coats to the bedding in order to be warm enough to sleep. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Nor any plastic glasses for taking pills and cleaning teeth. The refrigerator was so cold that it froze and ruined our fresh food.

I had reserved a 2 bed room, had confirmed my later check in time and when I arrived could only get a single bed for the 3 of us. We were beside a noisy ice machine and across from a very loud group of teenage hockey players who stayed up late. Very disappointed in the service I received. The dining room staff were exceptional.
