Good hotel
Straight forward check in, room was spacious (twin room) two big beds-I am not knowledgeable on size of beds and terminology. Bathroom was basic but clean and works fine so no complaints. Overall clean and fits purpose of somewhere safe and to sleep at night after sightseeing local attractions

Good staff, Room wasn't good.
Had room 303. Mattress had loads of broken springs, so was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was also scorching hot, two skylight windows that don't open and a air conditioner that barely kicked out any cool air. Couldn't sleep at all due to the heat and the mattress, expected a lot more from the price.

The room was all in all good, beds and linen were comfortable. Overall the room clean and the expected minimum amenities provided. Location is the main reason to choose this hotel as it is well placed in north London. Water pressure was a bit hit and miss but good enough to shower in.

Great stay! I was here on my own for 3 night as i was working at the Alexandra Palace for an event. I was looking for a quiet safe stay. I would like to say the guys on reception were really nice and helpful and made me feel safe. Clean room and hotel.

Very convenient hotel, not fancy hit practical and clean, also very safe, staff always very obliging and helpful especially with joooong particulars; have been using for years and will continue to do so. Good value for money too.

Outdated hotel that needs renovation
Very poor experience. Hotel is old, room extremely small and outdated. Breakfast was offered in a location outside the hotel itself, but we didn’t use this service.

Great independent hotel
My single room had everything I needed for a stay in London and I slept very well in the quiet location. Plenty of electricity sockets, a kettle, TV, landline phone, mirrors in the right places, a chair and a small fridge!!! The en suite was spotless, with plenty of hot water for showering. The extractor fan worked brilliantly. The bed was comfortable and linen spotless and fresh.The location is very good, in short walking distance to Muswell Hill Broadway and many busses. Not far from Alexadra Palace. Not far from london underground. Hotel staff were friendly and most helpful with special requests. I found it much better value than those popular budget chain hotels, who now charge add ons for every little thing like WiFi! Roseview gives you one inclusive price. I've stayed at Roseview twice now and will definitely stay there again.

2nd stay and consistently high standard of welcome/service. Really good night's sleep in a very comfortable room. A very homely stay in a very nice neighbourhood. Lots of independent shops and restaurants on your doorstep, as well as various bus services.

The hotel was fairly basic, but very clean. Comfy beds and clean room. Stayed here for work purposes but would definitely stay again regarding business or pleasure. Wetherspoons a few minutes walk away, so convenient for low price drinks and food, always a winner !!
