I felt so unsafe from the moment I got there. There were delinquents outside doing drugs. The underground parking would not accommodate the size of my vehicle and it was not closed off to the general public anyway there was a party at about 2 AM on my floor as a result, I had no sleep, I might as well not have stayed at a hotel when I mentioned it to the concierge in the morning, laughed at his head

We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned after they told us we could ask and they responded with attitude saying “they can’t just drop everything to come clean”. i responded saying i know that, we meant for the next day…. they never showed up. everything else was fine. the lady working desk was so nice.

Price could definitely be lower for the side of town its on. Theres security in the lobby but anyone can still walk in and get to your hotel room. Hotel room (Master King) was not ready even though I was given the key and told to go upstairs. Hair was left in the bed and shower, and when I called for house keeping to change the sheets and get the pull out couch ready while I was away from the hotel, they left the master untouched and never once changed my sheets. Theres no balcony or private smoking area for guest so you have to go outside where all the homeles people are camping out. Which doesnt feel safe at all at night when security never leaves the inner lobby. Complimentary breakfast was one of the only benifits of staying here which was good, coffee is typically burnt though. As a women traveling all by themselves id definitely stay clear of this place unless you have some extra security or locks with you.

Location ideal for downtown and visiting with friends nearby. Sadly the homeless and drug situation is overwhelming in every city now it seems. The building itself could use some new furnishings and exterior work. Staff fantastic and bed and cleanliness very very good!!

Run, don’t walk away!! Homeless situation beside and all around. Parking does not have a gate, so they roam around there. Front steps of building chipped, rooms out dated and carpets need a deep clean or refresh. However, coffee in the morning was the best I have had for a long time. Security in lobby, didn’t look like they could handle the drug addicts shooting up outside the door and in parking. Sad situation for hotel and visitors Was always worried for my safety when entering or exiting. Couldn’t find another hotel to go to on this weekend.

The surroundings of the hotel were in disarray as was the entrance. In room, main entrance light not working, outlet on wall between bedside tablenot working, hair dryernot working. Definitely not worth 280 per nights stay.

Pros: The service at this property was friendly and good. The room was clean. The price was decent. Cons: The hotel decor is tired and dated. The downfall of this place was location. There were sadly a lot of homeless people surrounding the area that creates an unease. When we looked out the window of our room, you could see homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. When we left in the morning, there were three homeless people huddled in a corner doing drugs. Beside the hotel, at the London Extended Stay, there were at least 20 homeless people gathered. No one bothered us though.

The cons: The hotel amenities were not at all what was advertised on Expedia. The staff don’t answer the phone when called from the room. And they refused to provide any service or deliver a luggage cart to the room claiming staff shortage when I saw more than one employee in the lobby. The hotel apparently charges a $75 security deposit which is not mentioned anywhere when booking. This is something I expect from a motel that charges $40 a night but not from a hotel that charges almost $200 per night. That’s ridiculous. One of the phones in the room did not work. The hotel is clean and the room was nice and well equipped. That’s why they’re getting 2 stars. Otherwise, this hotel is not worth the price.
