Fantastic hotel with close proximity to terminal 5 and therefore very good for a stopover. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful offered an upgrade to a luxury room with lounge access and breakfast which was a very good deal. Staff in the club millesime lounge were extremely attentive during the evening drinks with hot and cold canapés being served. Breakfast buffet was excellent with full English, continental and egg station where omelettes and eggs Benedict can be made to order. Luxury Room was very spacious and clean, bed and pillows comfortable and bathroom stocked with gorgeous Espa toiletries. Robes and slippers in room also. All in, this was a great stay and I will book again when I next have a stopover at Heathrow.

Property is ideally situated at LHR T5. Lovely rooms and good breakfast. However, booked and paid on ebookers which was recognised at check-in but at check-out we were also charged by the hotel. We queried this and were told the double charge would be refunded within 5 working days - still waiting !
