Beautiful hotel and welcoming friendly staff. It was my birthday..I had a fabulous room and they left a cake and card in my room which was very kind. The only reason I gave not the full 5 stars is that there was a problem with our order processing in the restaurant and our food eventually arrived 1.5 hours later! It got so late for us to eat that we did not fully enjoy the food due to lack of appetite and tiredness by this time. The staff did apologise profoundly but I was very disappointed as it was not the milestone birthday meal that I had hoped for! Also, at check in, the manager said he would send a bottle of wine to the room which never came either.

This is a great property, just a few blocks from Buckingham Palace. Great size and clean rooms. Checkin could be faster but the lobby is very nice to hang out in. The breakfast is the best, I highly recommend getting their breakfast included in your booking. I did use the gym facility which was not bad. Overall a good experience and I would go back.

This is a great place to stay at a walkable distance to the subway, you are very close to everything. The place it self its beautiful, the breakfast buffet is so good, the SPA is so stylish and nice that you wish you had more time to stay. All the staff were kind and friendly.
