We stayed one night before a 9am Eurostar. The room was quiet and relaxing with comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. Storage was good and electrical points everywhere. The hotel bars and restaurants were exemplary and wonderful places to hang out. Breakfast was spectacular and it was a joy to be able to leave the hotel almost directly to Eurostar check in. The spa experience was a little mixed. It felt very busy in the pool area and was noisy so wasn’t actually pleasant to relax in pre treatment at all. You’re supposed to wear a robe and take your towel, but there were insufficient places to put them. The pre and post treatment areas were very unrelaxing: sat in a corridor where you could see into treatment rooms and then crammed into a small room with no personal space after. The staff were lovely and excellent at their jobs but the environment could have been a little better. Would definitely stay the hotel again, it was a lovely building and environment with wonderful staff.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly comfortable for a business traveller by them selves however the hotel does need some updating. The furniture is worn but serviceable.

Room 326 has a wonderful view of a brick wall. Most disappointed with the room. No mobile phone connection and a request to pay £7.50 for Internet connection. This was not explained to me. Over £300 for the night. I expected better.

The staircase has to be viewed when visiting the hotel, it is hidden away but well worth asking about. Little disappointed on the condition of old peeling paint in the bathroom.

Great location, but our room was very dusty, shower stall dirty, filthy and smelly carpet. Staff was ok, overall quite overpriced but I guess you are paying for the good location as the hotel is placed in St. Pancras Station. We will not return to this hotel.
