I booked this flat to be able to cook. No instructions was given to plug the oven. I asked the office to replace the pans which was out of order and they never replaced them. I never cooked. The tap in the bathroom wasn't fixed. The carpet is durty and so on. We don't have the same definition of a penthouse. I asked for a refund because of all these troubles and never got it. The check-in process is a nightmare. Bref, never ever

Checked in to water damage
We came to the place and there was a pot on the floor to pick up water in the living room - carpet was totally wet and there was a bad smell in the apartment - we contacted the agent and there was no action only question and request for us to explain was we saw - somebody has put the pot on the carpet so they knew about this without informing us in for hand - unacceptable
