The property is well kept, very clean. The staff is awesome, especially, the breakfast, so pleasant. I will definitely stay there. Just wish they had free parking for the guest.. lol.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good too. The only downside was the reliability of the bust to the airport. We had to use taxi both ways as bus comes once every hour and it didn't even come for us in the morning.

Overnight Layover
Very nice for a 1 night layover from Europe to USA. Great restaurant next door. Hotel “shuttle “ Hoppa bus H5B a bit complicated. 6.80 gbp per person payable on bus. From bus terminal, it come once an hour. It takes 15 minutes from LHR to hotel then 40 minutes from hotel back to LHR . We ended up taking Uber. Overall hotel is clean, modern, and sufficient. Breakfast is plentiful.

Staff were kind and amazing. Room condition and bed super. My only concern is the height of the bathtub. It is a serious fall risk as it stands almost 3 feet from the floor. I had to climb in and out of the tubs scared I would slip and fall.
