The staff was amazing. So kind, went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived with tons of bags and a room too small to hold us and them. We will definitely return!

The staff were polite and helpful. However, the property looks worn and lacks amenities (e.g., air con) which are important during the summer months. While a fan was available the room was warm every time one returned from being out.

When booking, I had not anticipated the room being as small as it was. There was barely enough room for the bed and I had to squeeze carefully between it and the TV mounted on the wall to get to the bathroom.

Our room was amazing! Lovely balcony and nice sitting area. The staff was willing to move us to this room upon check in because our original room was so hot (on the third floor, no AC). Recommend asking for a room on a lower level. Beds were a little too hard for our liking. Staff was so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

lovely no frills stay in upscale location
the location was great with easy walking and access to transportation, shops, etc. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the rooms were small but had all i needed. the place is a bit dated but i was so happy to find lodging that was affordable in kensington that it was not an issue. the bed and bedding could use an upgrade :) overall i was quite satisfied. oh and there were beautiful potted orchids everywhere- very nice touch!

Perfect for Natural History Museum. Also, right near Gloucester Road and South Kensington stations so on the Piccadilly Line so very easy to get to Hyde Park, Knightsbridge, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Regent Street and Arsenal FC. Staff were really helpful and the room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and powerful.
