Room was clean but extremely small. Had to move sideways to walk from bed to bathroom. Staff was unpleasant. Female at front desk never greeted us, was rude during check in, and when i left and handed in key she looked right at me and never said goodbye or thank you for staying. I would not stay here again. Manners are importand welcoming a guest should be priority for a hotel with tons of competition!

Window would not close therefore traffic noise was loud during sleeping. No help carrying luggage up 3 flights☹️Smallest room ever. Barely enough room to open our suitcases(small) Barely enough room to walk around beds.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the hotel is in a good location and in easy reach of transport to get into the city. We spent 2 days and found it very comfortable. Will certainly consider another stay at this hotel.

The Beverly Hotel is well situated to walk to many of the big attractions- Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, Churchill War Rooms, and much more. The rooms were completely adequate and I was pleasantly surprised with the bathroom space. Other reviews had main the bathroom seem terrible. That is not the case. You do need to know there is no elevator, so if you are on the third floor, you made need some assistance to get your bags to the top floor. Also, some of the travel booking websites still have information that a breakfast is included. There are pictures of a breakfast set up, but that is no longer the case. You can pop around the corner to the Iris cafe and have a lovely breakfast.

although we knew there were no elevators, it was quite a hike with suitcases, up to our room. Second floor ended up being 4 or 5 staircases. everything else was great!

I've just booked to stay again in December!! The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were helpful assisting with directions and tube lines. A few minutes walk from Victoria coach, train, tube and rail station.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beverley hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable. It is close to many restaurants and is walkable to theatres and tourist sites. We will definitely return when we visit London again.

Great location wonderful service
Although my stay was short, this was a wonderful property. I have spent a lot of time in London and this hotel is fabulously located. In a time when service is not what it used to be, the staff at the Beverly were kind and helpful. The bed was comfy and the room amenities were great. I would definitely recommend The Beverly.
