The hotel gives the impression of being a stylish boutique hotel . The reality is different . The bar was poor, the food was dreadful . It is a tired hotel that a few quirky design elements have been introduced to try and created a different impression . The 1 bed suite we booked was in a different building over the road. Stairwell grim and not all lighting worked. The suite was basic and looked like it had been furnished out of a charity shop . great location

When booking for the apartment, which is not a suite as mentioned in the review, it does state it's in an annex building. We do have different suites available in the hotel building if plan to come back to London, please have a look on that. Regards,

We loved this hotel. It was quiet and clean, but also had a great sense of humor with quirky decor. Loved the neighborhood too. It was just a few blocks from the Underground but felt like a world away from the touristy areas. Great breakfast too. Awesome vibe overall.

Perfect for a short stay, think romantic weekend. The décor is fun and quirky. I believe every room is different. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The shower was excellent. Location is good with close proximity to museums, Albert Hall, Hyde Park, restaurants and a couple of tube stations. It is also a nice, upmarket area. The room was on the small side for a 5 star London hotel but perfectly functional. Did not try the restaurant or bar but they looked nice. Staff were pleasant but then we did not have anything to concern us. Lacks the facilities of a 5 star hotel but if a gym and swimming pool do not concern you then I am sure you won't be disappointed. Would definitely go back.

lovely hotel and location

Perfect hotel and location. Would recommend. Only problem we had was they IPads the hotel provided for the rooms had a flat battery, We requested the hotel provided a charger for the iPad but they did not have any.
