Property was OK, further from the tube stop than described. Tried to use the virtual assistant to request a late checked. The VA said a staff member would get back to me but no one did. I tried twice.
The hotel never did cleaning in our room . The virtual keys didn’t work the second day so I was locked out . Only because I called the hotel’s main office someone helped providing me a code to enter . I wouldn’t recommend to stay in a self check in place because everything is self done . I didn’t know until I reserved it and there was no refund
Property was looking tired and being renovated at time of stay. Fire alarm activated early on first morning and no member of staff to be seen even when fire service attended. Strong smell of paint/ primer throughout property. Black mold in corners of room and sheets etc felt damp. Areas of the room were dusty and unpainted.

Room was what you pay for, there was used towels in our room, contacted host but heard nothing back, over all did a job but the sink and shower didn’t drain well

A few issues:
- Outer room door handle broken
- Plumbing/Drain almost blocked
The room is spacious and nice and the location is easy to get to but can be quite noisy especially the rooms facing the main road and can be challenging to get to the central of London I.e no direct link and have to change between bus and tube
The hotel was in a good location, was basic (as expected), but was clean and modern. Was a bit warm (though there is a fan), but overall it was fine and was as expected - and was good value for money.
It was a little smaller than what the photos conveyed. The light did not work on the right hand side of the bed. Bit of mould in the shower. No plug socket for the kettle on the table.
Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly, coffee bags were good.
Well located hotel but noisy neighbourhood , room was clean but didn’t get housekeeping service last 2 days. Windows doesn’t fully open so bit hot when hot weather
There were bugs in the room (unsure if they're bed bugs) - I would have avoid this place if I had seen any reviews warning of this. The room was not nice, the sink was dirty, but the worst part were the bugs which I randomly found walking on me a couple of times when I was sitting on the bed and inside two of my bags. I spent more than an hour checking my stuff before leaving after realising this. It made me proper paranoid. The staff took ages to share with me the details for the storage room - ended up not using it after seeing the bugs.
The basement rooms are hot and airless with no ventilation at all. Dirty cups and glasses were left in my room. The bathroom floor is dangerous as it gets very wet and slippery due to the lack of a shower door. OK location and otherwise ok, but overpriced
