This is our second time staying here. It’s our perfect choice for the Royal Albert Hall. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We love it’s style and decor and the rooms are beautifully decorated with good amenities. Will definitely stay again.

HUX has a wonderful urban vibe, with (literal) flashes of colour, in an intimate club-like setting. All staff were courteous and helpful, and the location could not be better for Hyde Park, and the food and shopping and tree-lined gardens of Kensington.

While the room seemed on the small side it was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. The location is close to Jensington High Street station and lots of shops and restaurants. We appreciated the in room coffee and tea that was restocked each day. The waterfall shower head was perfect after long days of sightseeing. Staff were brilliant! Very friendly and it was clear that customer service was top of mind at all times. Also enjoyed the eclectic décor and the cocktails at the bar were delicious.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our kids. It was perfect as there are tons of shops & restaurants around. I was comfortable that they were safe exploring on their own. There were also tons of amenities in the suite that allowed them to heat up food etc. It was set up like an airbnb, but with full service staff. Great property for what we needed.

Really friendly staff, lovely clean Hotel. A very short walking distance to tube, shops and restaurants. Great location. The room was well decorated and had good facilities. Comfortable bed, staff couldn't of been more helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel
Beautifully designed hotel and fantastic service from the entire team. The small restaurant was spectacularly delicious- the ceviche was the best we’ve had outside of Lima. Great DJ vibes at night. Everything was top notch. The rooms are quite small so choose a larger room if you can.

Leaking sink & and extra fee
Charged unadvertised service fee of L63 at checkout; bathroom sink was leaking onto the floor so they told us just not to use it. The staff was nice, but I acceptable for $650/night to add on undisclosed fees and have a non-working sink.
