Service was excellent and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Single room was perfectly adequate with a good shower, fluffy towels, comfortable bed and all essentials. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice and good quality food. Good location with short walk to a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel is in a superb location with a range of facilities. Only criticisms are the bed was to firm for us and the extractor fan in the bathroom needed a clean. Would recommend and stay again

Nice walk on other side of Thames, beautiful garden grounds. Avoid rooms over ventilation for hotel. Good food, especially at the Dunbar Restaurant.

Fantastic location right on The Thames

Fantastic stay at fantastic Teddington location some brilliant Bars and restaurants very close a little bit of heaven here on earth

Really good hotel with many facilities

Very good experience except for litter outside window including dirty pants! Too discusting to photograph.
