The apartment was located within walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The night hotel staff was especially helpful when we realized that the sofa be didn't have bed linens and he brought them up immediately. The apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Lincoln Suites was a wonderful surprise when we arrived in London. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as efficient. Our rooms were clean, well equipped, up-to-date, and quiet. It was handy to have a washer/dryer available. It is conveniently located for transportation with buses, as well as hailing a taxi and calling an Uber. That said, we walked to most places. We highly recommend the Lincoln Suites.

A very comfortable stay. I think what set this hotel apart was the staff - they were all so keen to help - nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and had all amenities you need.

I thought I planned my trip to UK well and started off with staying at The Lincoln Suites for the first time. I stayed for four nights in London then checked out in the morning and asked the lady in the front desk to keep my luggage for 6 days as I wanted to explore some areas before I start my short course. Moreover, I asked if she can order a Taxi that morning and she told me it’s better to head off and grab one from the street. Everything happened so quick as there were new guests and I had a train to catch. To my surprise, after 4 days of travelling toward the upper part of UK, I get an email and msg saying that I need to collect my bags asap and my bags need to be inspected/scanned by the police. It went that far. I was asked multiple times by the hotel about the who was the lady who took the bags but I don’t know her name. I just roughly described her. Everything happened so fast that day. There are cameras they can know who she was. I took my bags and left in tears. I was surprised that they were helping me with the Taxi this time when I collected my luggage. They assured me that my name was not mentioned and the case was closed. But I cannot stop thinking about the fear and shock they made me go through. I am not sure what to take from this experience. the location is good and the style of the room too. The bathroom rug had marks though. There was a nice front desk lady with black curly hair and gentle man with light brown/orange hair. They were very friendly.

Would gladly stay again if Im bringing a family of 4. Had everything we needed close by. Subway was 10 plus minute walk and got us everywhere we needed to go. Washer dryer in room was great.

Our third stay and we will be going back. It's a short walk to everything. Only 'warning' is that it's on a busy street. Being from NYC we're just about used to city noises, so it's typical background noise to us.

Very Disappointing
My family and I stayed at this hotel in June 2024 and while the room was clean and comfortable, our experience was marred by a serious issue with the shower. The drain was severely clogged, causing water to pool and overflow, making the shower unsafe and unpleasant. Despite reporting the problem promptly, the response was slow and ineffective. The maintenance attempts failed, and the front desk staff were unresponsive and indifferent. I expected a better resolution, such as a room change or a adjustment to our bill, but received only an empty verbal apology. Overall, the poor service and unresolved issue greatly impacted our stay. I sent an email to the hotel and shared our experience but they never responded.

This apart-hotel is very centrally located, in a neighborhood that felt safe. It was also nice to have 24 hour attendants at the front desk. The folks who work here are very friendly and want to make your stay comfortable. The units are spacious and comfortable as well. I didn't see a microwave but there is a range, mini fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo for your clothing. The only downside was the view from the large windows - narrow back alley, fan units, other people's windows super close to our own. We just kept the big curtains closed.

The Lincoln Suites is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in London. The room we stayed in was extremely clean, and the facilities were in brilliant condition. Our room had a good sized bathroom with plenty of clean towels, a small kitchenette with a hob, Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, and all the utensils you would need to make a meal. The bedroom was a good size and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff should be very proud of how clean they keep their hotel - it was spotless. The area is close to Covent Garden, a short walk to The Strand, and within a 20 minute walk of most of the things you’d want to experience in the centre of London. We went to a show at the Novello Theatre - it was literally around the corner. Overall this hotel was very good value for money, and is somewhere we will definitely stay the next time we come to London.
