We paid for city view but they gave us view building facing us. Staff was terrible like a watch dog making sure we are cleaning after us. Even you eat a small snack. Very disappointed with my room. We paid extra for city view but didn’t get it.

The perfect place to stay in London to be in the thick of the touristy area, but the hotel feels like a sanctuary among the craziness. Our corner suite was so cute and comfortable. The hotel amenities are so lovely. The staff is great, as well. Don’t miss out on their breakfast! We will definitely be coming back when in town.
