I had a wonderful stay at The Montague On The Gardens. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe, and the accommodations exceeded my expectations. This hotel had the best customer service I ever experienced. The staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. There were also so many extras. (Free coffee in the morning, hot chocolate in the afternoon, turn down service with cookies or chocolates left). They even remembered my birthday with a message from the manager with cupcakes. They left a note regarding New Years Eve along with activities going on in the city. They also helped figure out transportation to the airport for an early flight where we needed to leave before the underground was operating. They had people on standby in the early morning just in case we wanted coffee! Outstanding service every step of the way!!! Thank you for an incredible stay that I’ll never forget and I’ll tell anyone who will listen!!! One note, is that they due include a 15 pound per day service charge for each day. I feel the staff deserves every bit of it! Thank you again!!!!!!

Our stay at Montague on the Gardens was absolutely perfect. The staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. We also dined at their restaurant, Blue Door, which was also a fabulous experience. Every little detail was well thought of and we didn't want for anything. We would definitely stay at Montague on the Gardens again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good quality hotel in a very convenient location. This hotel was a fabulous find in the heart of London and so conveniently located to all tourist attractions and transport.

We stayed for four nights . Lovely and helpful staff, really good service. Our room was a little cramped for us. Good bed and shower. Morning and evening service. The hotel is situated near major attractions and streets. The hotel has a nice bar. Hosted several parties or gatherings so lobby was sometimes a bit noisy, crowded and we could smell the smoking. The last morning awoke from a loud alarm, don’t know what it was. We recommend this hotel especially due to its location and staff.

This hotel is definitely old school - in a positive way! The staff from the moment you arrive are all about taking care of you. The staff is friendly and respectful. The room is European small, but comfortable. The bar and dining room are excellent, the mixologist is fantastic.
