This hotel is in a great location, walk to restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, museums, tube stations, the Royal Albert Hall and much more. The staff are the best all very friendly and helpful. Leila and Jerry outstanding! It’s a cute, clean, boutique hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again....
Very enjoyable stay, staff were friendly, everywhere was clean and fresh and our room was very comfortable and light with everything we needed to hand. The options for breakfast were good and the choices we made were very tasty. We would definitely stay again if we needed that area.

Positives: good location for the Royal Albert Hall and museums, good breakfast, fairly quiet location for west London, lovely bathroom, clearly newly refurbished. Negatives: single rooms are on lower ground level by the restaurant and gym and felt very isolated, not made clear on either Expedia or hotel website and staff member was snippy when I queried whether there were alternatives. Room was nicely furnished but tiny. Restaurant food in the evening was limited.
