Lawrence from front desk was a gem to deal with. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. They made an effort to decorate the room for my hubby's birthday with balloons and a bottle of Prosecco. Thank you :)

The hotel itself was smart, the staff were amazing. My wife had quite bad morning sickness, Mirela on reception was incredibly considerate and brought her lemon and ginger tea which really helped. Would recommend.

The hotel is nice, however the cleanliness in my room was sub standard. There were bits of crisps on the dressing table. The sheets were cleaned but had stains. The bedding smelt musty. I won’t stay again.

Staff wee every helpful and accommodating. They made some touches to our room for my fiancée’s birthday which really made the experience for her. Great room with all the amenities you could need in fantastic condition. Would recommend.
