There are downsides to very large hotels

Booking in was horrendous. I had to produce my booking and id and was made to feel like I was some sort of criminal. Rest of staff were pleasant and friendly. Limited plug sockets and none next to the bed

This property was as expected based on the online photos. I like the close proximity of the Blooms cafe. I would like to more variety in want is avaliable to eat. The staff was pleasant. I also liked the shopping on Oxford Street. The black cab taxi service was convenient and the near by supermarket. I would stay there again.

We needed a short over night stay after getting off Eurostar at St. Pancras at 9:00 PM before catching a train at 10 AM at Euston. Very convenient, good price, very present, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.
