Small, inexpensive, and clean
Extremely convenient for Paddington Station, which includes Heathrow Express and Underground lines (District, Circle, Bakerloo, Elizabeth, Hammersmith), the hotel is only a two-minute walk away but on a quiet square with several convenience shops and places to eat nearby. That said, this budget hotel is not for anyone who is overweight or has a disability. The rooms are SMALL and the bathrooms SMALLER (You can't stand in the shower and towel off at the same time.) There is no lift. If you ever served on a submarine like me, then you are prepared for this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for the location, which can't be beat--5 minute walk to Paddington Station. We were 3 in a triple and expected the room to be small, which it was--but due the layout, there was nowhere for suitcases, other than in the walking path to the bathroom. No insulation between floors or rooms, so we heard every movement in the rooms above and around us. The bathroom linens were lovely--far above average for a budget hotel. The WiFi was terrible and cut in and out so much it was basically unusable, which made it difficult to check in for our flight and do the typical research on dining and other options in the area. Would be impossible if you needed to do any work. Despite AC listed as an amenity, the unit in our room did not work, and the room was quite stuffy. Front desk told us only some of the rooms had working AC and provided a fan, which was appreciated, but the fact that it's only available in some rooms should be made known up front. And despite earlier reviews, do note that this hotel no longer offers breakfast. Others in the area at a similar price point do, so take that into consideration when booking.

Connan (the owner) and Mehdi (the manager) welcomed me with such great welcoming friendly manner. They gave me information about London and what’s to visit and gave me and other guests a map. Room was very clean and good space for a solo traveler like me. All the other staffs were very nice and friendly. They even gave me great rate for early check in and late check out. Would recommend this hotel for others. Location is also amazing with Paddington Station just a block away. So you can easily transport yourself to and fro airport. Area is good just be street smart and be safe.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the past 20 days, and I’d definitely come again! It’s in a very convenient location, with lots of restaurants, convenient stores, and bus stops. It’s very clean and the staff are so friendly! Ask them anything, they’ll give you great local travel recommendations. Not sure how to get to where you want to go? Just ask, and they’ll tell you what bus or train to take! And this is such an affordable place to stay too. Highly recommend!

This hotel was amazing! It’s very clean and well maintained, and it’s in a great location for public transit, surrounded by multiple bus stops, and it’s right next to Paddington station, which is a 30 minute train ride from London Heathrow Airport. It’s super affordable and the staff are amazing! Buddhā was so sweet and helpful whenever I needed anything, and Mehdi gave me great recommendations for local spots to visit, from restaurants to street markets. Everyone was so friendly and I always felt safe. I’ll definitely book with this hotel next time I come to London!
