Great location for needing to get to Heathrow and for walking around London. The hotel was wonderful with very nice staff. Our room and bed were very small but worked for one night.

I feel that the taps in the showers replaced in the wrong area. The rooms are very tiny, but clean. The location is great for bus service and for the tube And train.

Management and staff very personable… our room accomated 4 women . Room was very clean , good use of a small space with everything needed for comfort . Beds were clean and comfortable. Close to nice restaurants ,train station and hop on hop off bus service .

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean but very small. There is no elevator, but the staff carried up our luggage. Very convenient to Paddington station.

Great location in central London. The staff was excellent we dropped luggage before check in time and they made sure it was locked up till we could in check in. The room was tidy and clean. Our room was small and the bathroom very small. We knew this and was happy because we were only using it to sleep at nite. We were in London and had see all we could so the room was perfect for our needs.

Perfectly located small but welcoming hotel
Perfect location within a couple of minutes from Paddington Station and a pleasant 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. We didn’t not need to take the tube all weekend as we were able to walk to Buckingham Palace and other London tourist attractions. For the price, this hotel is perfect, clean and most of all, the staff are so very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Mehdi with such a friendly manner, she could not do enough for us. Buddha did the night shift and was equally friendly and chatty and then in the morning Oulaya took over and saw to it that our baggage was safely stored while we were able to spend the day in London before our late afternoon train home. The staff totally made this hotel what it is, a small, friendly and intimate hotel. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Family run business with a wonderful staff. Very close to the train station which made getting around London and surrounding areas very easy. Close to local pubs and eateries. Room was basic and typical for London accommodations.

Smallest room ever - and a mouse trap!
Where do I start? The room was barely large enough to stand in. No furniture (just a bed). No dresser, no room to unpack. No room in the bathroom for anything. Bed was comfortable and there was a safe. But there was also a mouse trap under the bed. Absolutely not what was advertised.

Avoid lower ground rooms until improvements made this hotel will not receive many poor reviews this was my second visit so speaks volumes I would return a 2nd time. Reception staff were excellent before they still are and I took no satisfaction complaining. previously I was given an upstairs room this time a lower ground room. The room itself has2 fans in an extremely compact room which might set of warning signs you can have both on if you can stand the extra noise,that is combined with the constant rumble and vibration of tube trains running up to 12 30at night and recommencing at 545(actually woke me up twice)It is sold as a double room there are 5 hangers 5 there is zero cupboard storage if you were a female traveller your underwear etc would be on display for the completion of your stay the younger most probably wouldn’t mind the more mature might.The bathroom is tiny I am 6ft plus I had to open the shower door to use the toilet,the tiling in the lower half of the shower is very poorly done the grout is already discoloured and in time will fall off the wall it very apparent if you look.My main concern was the overall finish they have repurposed materials to decorate the room the bathroom doors have been re used but they haven’t bothered to fill in old hinge marks They have used melamine faced chipboard underneath the dado rail to line the wall riddled with old screw marks this is on both internal and external walls I can add much more but space won’t allow.

Photos were deceiving
This hotel has no elevator but they did help me get my luggage up to my room. The rooms were super small. Had to move bed to open bathroom door. No place to put my suitcase. No air conditioning and extremely tiny bathroom. I could pee and wash my hands. I am not a big person and barely fit in the shower.
