Communication with the owner was poor, they did not rectify or apologise for any of the issues I highlighted to them. They have not responded to my messages about my stay and no response to a partial refund request. Bathroom was not up to scratch and TV had no aerial input so struggled to relax.

A weekend break.
We arrived at 20:15 to there being no bedding for our daughter, we phoned the number provided and they said that we had not booked for a child. After a couple more phone calls (one of them was so rude, they hung up on us) we emailed proof that we had booked, they arranged for bedding to be delivered. The guy who delivered was very polite and helpful and swiftly made the bed, so our daughter could get some sleep before our busy weekend! It was 22:00 before she could go to bed. There were no instructions on how to use things, so we had no central heating as we could not get it to turn on being December it was freezing, there was one electric heater that we could use. The TV had no signal, so it was unusable. As we were there during the storm it was incredibly noisy with wind, there was also a lot of plane and train noises. Beds were comfortable, accommodation was nice and clean. Shower took a while to figure out as the knob wasn’t aligned. Was really disappointed with telephone communication at the start and being made out to be liars, but in the end we had a great weekend, we have a blue badge for our daughter which made parking a lot easier. Property was a good location for shops and restaurants.

Perfectly serviceable & clean. Can bever understand why properties dint provide adequate wifi - there were 4 rentals in the property and the signal fluctuated quite a bit. Also the central heating (radiators) didn't appear to be working and Ill never understand why the room had a wall mounted TV remote but was not connected to an aerial - very frustrating

I think that the apartment had been recently refurbished which was nice because everything was freshly painted and the kitchen area hadn’t had to much use. Access was easy and the flat felt secure. The kitchen utensils were clean as was the toaster and cooker etc. The bedding was also fresh and clean as were the towels in the bathroom.
