The room allotted was not as per the booking made and higher price paid. Instead of a Twin bed, the room allotted was a double bed and handicap accessibility. The vanity was so small and low that the use was near impractical.

Pleasant with little amber flags.
Although the hotel has only been recently opened, there has already been multiple small issues, condition and maintenance related as: shower doors not closing properly (flooding bathroom floor when taking shower), curtains slightly damaged, heavy stain on shower heads or paint detaching in several areas. Otherwise comfortable stay, but makes me thing how this property will look in months or years to come.

Raised a complaint with Hotel staff regarding being woken up in night because of faulty and very loud air con unit. I’ve heard nothing back from hotel management after the receptionist promised compensation would be made.
Our room was in the basement so we had no windows but to be honest it was fine for what we wanted. Overall the room was extremely small but immaculately clean and very modern with everything we needed.
The staff is amazing! Polite, courteous and Pamela is the best. Rooms are very clean, the hotel is close to the tube and walking is within range of many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
The hotel is really nice with great service. However, the rooms are terribly small barely able to accommodate 2 people with luggage. The lack of a lobby is also constraining. Overall, great location, great service but expect a small space.

Average room with below average service
Service from the man on reception was terrible, appallingly rude. Room was tiny, nice towels, robes missing their tie and people kept buzzing the doorbell.
Paid extra for a deluxe room. It was tiny snd poorly furnished - I’m not sure what was deluxe about it?
There wasn’t even a chair or a proper wardrobe.
We had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean and bright. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are lovely.
Breakfast is definitely worth it.
We will be visiting again definitely
