Great for an overnight stay

Pros: Room clean and tidy. Cost included breakfast which was adequate.
Cons: Stayed in a room overlooking the Cromwell Road which was quite noisy with the constant flow of traffic but then I am a light sleeper!
Location: Great location to walk to all amenities and transport links. Large Tesco's a few minutes walk away. Shopping in Kensington High Street.
Late booking as needed to stay in London overnight. Comfortable for an overnight stay and reasonably priced

More pros than cons. We got a pretty silent room on 4th floor. Shower a bit lazy due the low water pressure (I guess). Both sink and bathtub had not working caps ... but as a frequent traveller I had two caps of different sizes with me, so no problem. Location of this hotel is nice, close to underground station and in a walking distance from the major museums and parks. Hotel used to have a breakfast but not any more - easy to cope with. The absolutely best thing was a friendly 24/7 duty staff. Keep up going that way. After some minor repairs the place could even get one more stars in overall level.

Yhden hengen huone oli hyvin siivottu ja puhdas. Check in sujui palvelualttiisti ja virkailija vaihtoi kellarikerroksen huoneeni pyynnöstäni ylempään kerrokseen rauhalliselle sisäpihalle. Sain myös lisätyynyn pyydettyäni. Huone oli riittävän lämmin ainoastaan kylpyhuone oli kylmä.

Hinta-laatusuhde sekä sijainti olivat hyviä. Yksinkertaisten ikkunoiden vuoksi huoneessa oli melko viileä, sen lisäksi "jokin laite" (ilmastointi?) piti aina välillä häiritsevää ääntä.

Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen mit der U-Bahn und hat auch direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle. Bei dem Zimmer habe ich mich nicht getraut, richtig in die Ecken zu schauen, ob alles sauber ist und wer weiss, wie lange der Teppich bereits im Zimmer ist. Die Ausstattung (Haartrockner, TV, Kühlschrank, etc.) sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Der Lift scheint wenig vertrauenswürdig und ist SEHR eng, er hat jedoch durch unseren Aufenthalt gehalten. Die Badezimmer sind frisch renoviert, relativ gross ausgefallen im Vergleich zum Rest, riechen nach Chlor und sind im Grossen und Ganzen sauber. Das Personal ist sehr unkompliziert und immer freundlich. Das Hotel erfüllt seinen Zweck zur Übernachtung, ich würde es aber nicht für einen gemütlichen Tagesaufenthalt empfehlen.
