The adorable home, with a very beach/coastal theme, is located with-in minutes to the sand and ocean (only1000 yards away), on a walking trail directly across the street. It's also conveniently located only a few blocks from the core of the cute town of Long Beach and only 5 miles from the beautiful Port of Ilwaco.
This home is set up for your comfort, with four comfortable beds and two couches that pull out into a bed, full bathrooms for each room (2), a comfortable living room with a big screen TV (plus TVs in each room) and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils and many cooking spices. A full-size BBQ is available as well.
A full toy and beach activities assortment of fun is available for your use including bikes/helmets (adults and kids), horseshoes, croquet, GIANT Janga, corn hole, balls, clam guns (5), boogie boards, skim boards, life jackets and more! Enjoy a large backyard with wood firepit to warm your evenings with family and friends (chairs provided) with plenty of room for yard games. Backyard is available for RV or tents for an additional fee upon request/approval. An upper-level deck that looks toward the sunsets with a table and chairs for ourdoor dinning. Also, a fun classic collection of VHS & DVDs, games and puzzles for a night in. Note - no on site washer/dryer (2 local laundromats).

A Nice Home
This is a great home for a family to stay in Long Beach. Location is excellent. It’s an old home, but comfortable and welcoming and clean. We stayed with our toddler and two other adults. Parking is spacious, and there are lots of cozy spaces to sit and relax. The hosts also provided a lot of information Through the welcome guide which was very helpful. We would happily stay again :)

Quiet Neighborhood, very roomy.
The house was excellent. Very roomy and in a quiet neighborhood. Very well stocked with everything we might possibly need. Great kitchen and living room to hang out. Lots of outdoor deck area for sitting and relaxing as well. Hosts we great to work with and checked on us to see if we needed anything.

The bikes were greatly appreciated and they were aired up and ready to ride, although the brakes on a couple were bad and chains needed oiling. We really missed having a laundry on site. A pasta fork in the kitchen tool drawer would have been helpful. Thanks

Great for small families!
We loved the layout of the house! My middle child (9 yo) who is autistic camped out at the corner table to do his drawings (he also loved the upper bunk bed). While my other two (4 and 11 yo) appreciated the couch/livingroom. Overall very nice.

Beautiful Home in a GREAT Location!!
We only had one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful home near everything! Wonderful assortment in the toy box." Our son and girlfriend were here from Washington DC, and took advantage of the bikes, and the close access to the path for a morning jog. The home has everything you need for a wonderful beach stay!! We will most definitely return!!!

Spring Break 2024
Communication, hospitality, check-in, etc. was great for this rental property. The house was clean, was loaded with everything we needed, even items for using at the beach which was amazing. Only things missing were a washer and dryer. Spacious rooms were nice. Master room and bathroom felt like home. Short walk to downtown and a short drive to middle of long beach. Beware, the neighborhood has some issues, the 1st night we had a bike stolen and brought back during our trip,(it randomly showed back up ined the morning). On our last night, our truck was broken into and about eight hundred dollars of items was taken from us. Some effort from host to help without any resolve. Zero effort VRBO to replace or refund for our stuff. While our trip wasn't ruined, it definitely sobered the mood having theft occur while on vacation. So would I recommend this place? Yes. Just be mindful of your belongings and it'll be fine. Room for improvement: Take down the rental property sign. It's an advertisement for theft. Ensure security cameras work. Notify your guests to bring belongings into the rental . There are two garage stalls attached to the rental that are unavailable to the renters that would have been very convenient to use to minimize the chance of a theft(s). Washer dryer would make this house the complete package.

Excellent trip to Washington Coast
This is our first experience using VRBO. It was perfect. The location was right in the center of everything. Beach was 1/4 mile walking distance, shopping and restaurants were just a few blocks away. Our place was clean and very well equipped. Not a thing missing!!! there were five adults and it worked out really well. Nice fire pit for evenings around a fire. We loved it. Got to see an amazing hot rod show and spend time on the beach. Outstanding!!! Thank you Ren and Dianne

Had a great time in Long Beach and this was a perfect house for our stay. Loved the beach decor in the house. Rental info notebook that was in the kitchen was very organized, so we knew what to expect and what was expected of us. Notebook also had good recommendations for things to do in Long Beach. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the walk to beach the was just right for us. Would love to stay there again.

Fantastic space in a great location
This spot was a clean and well appointed place that gives you everything you need, from a pure beach day, to a more chill town experience, within a 5 minute walk for either. Everyone had room to spread out and hang out, in order to recharge for more time on the sand, and we would definitely come again!

Kite festival with the Grandies
Great location, stairs were no issue, host checked in with us to make sure we got into the house ok. We felt safe, content, and comfortable throughout our stay. Welcome book full of almost all access to amenities we could think of. Pop Pop and Gramma Cocoa enjoyed our stay with our two grand kids 5and 2 years old. They experienced how to fly a kite, how to ride a bike “without training wheels(5 y/o), tasted corn “on the cob” first time and loved it. Weather held out for us, good wind for Kite flying. Bring walking shoes it’s a jaunt with kids in tow to the beach especially at low tide… we took a wagon on the paved trails just in case, and took turns pulling it! Yes, we would book again, this property will get booked up fast so book in advance… Thanks Ren for being a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ host.
