Perfect place and location
It is a great place for me and my teenage son. Walking distance from some great food, etc. But also not a far drive from great hikes and other activities. Place was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Heads Up
Very clean, newly renovated basement apartment with one bedroom with full bed, living room with fold out sofa, full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and laundry room. Great location near Main Street. Stayed here for a week while transitioning to Longmont. I am 6’5” and had to duck in three or four areas of the basement to avoid hitting my head. Not the end of the world but I would not recommend if you are taller than me.

Neat basement apartment. Great location to downtown. We slept one on the “living room” sleeper and one in the bedroom and each could take two. Never did find the thermostat and it was pretty cold on 90 degree days but comfortable for sleeping under covers. Shower was hot at the 1:00 position. Watch out for the sharp gutter edge on your way down the back steps. The owner should pad this to avoid injury to guests.
