Building is needing repairs which they are working on. 1st room had an issue which management got right on and moved us to 2nd room. 2nd room bathroom (toilet did not flush well & sink faucet hard to turn on, no pressure) I did not report to front desk. Bed very comfortable, room clean, slept good.

Room and bathroom were very clean and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet and check in was quick and easy. Our only issue was the musty smell, likely from the ac window unit.

The room and hallway smelled like dirty carpet. The toilet made a very loud screeching sound that was only resolved by turning the water to the bowl off but then you couldn’t flush. The room was right on the highway with multiple big lights from the parking lot and only sheer curtains…no way to block the light. The highway sounds were fairly significant as well. I wouldn’t stay here if there was another option.

Get high and kill roaches in Longview !
Worst night ever and we will never recommend or stay here again . Stepped off elevator on 3rd foot to be hit in face of with the undeniable smell of marijuana. I had to explain to my 2 young daughters what it was being midnight I decided to just get into our room and deal with issue in the morning . We then had to deal with roaches on the wall and the bathroom wall behind the door was dirty . Still just wanting to get a couple Hours of rest I decided to deal with it in the morning . 2 am doors began slamming for next 30 minutes until I yelled to stop . I confronted front desk next morning to voice my complaints the girl wrote it all down and said have a nice day . This was second time to stay at this location the first time we had to deal with a guy high on drugs in the elevator that night I immediately complained and was told he was Ask to leave . Teach me to give a hotel a second chance ! We stay all over Texas and Lousianna this was the worst experience ever !

The manager would walk right in front of you and not once greet her guest, im of afican decent so i assumed that being the reason even other emplyees. I believe in customer service and I can guarantee this wont improve because if mgmt sets this type of example to her employees its normal to them and its ok. Only one lady overnight was very pleasant and I appreciated her courtesy , very dissatisfied
