Hotel is relatively new (3-4 yrs). Facilities are well kept, everything neatly ordered. Modern decoration and staff is extraordinary and helpful.

Never anyone at the front desk, no quarters for laundry, was told to go to Walmart for change, no housekeeping service after specifically requesting at front desk. We had to wait after arriving super tired because no one cleaned our room or provided towels etc… manager unavailable at all times we asked to speak to one to voice our concerns. Much better options, we know for next time to stay at Marriott per usual!!
