Moving inside you will find a flat screen Television and DVD player, and an electric heater for those cooler times. The well equipped kitchen with modern homewares presents all the facilities you need to enjoy your beach getaway, including microwave and dishwasher. Sleeping accommodation for 6 consists of main bedroom with Queen size bed, and ensuite with spa bath; and the 2 other bedrooms each have 2 single beds, and share another bathroom with bath and shower. There are 2 toilets, and a walk- through laundry. Other facilities include 4 burner gas BBQ, undercover single garage, and separate off street park.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
