My husband and I recently stayed at the Alsace Hotel the staff was very nice and helpful during our stay. We loved the low-key atmosphere and it’s pretty quiet compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at.

Property was clean and well maintained! Parking was a key feature for us. Parking in LA is difficult and costly but this hotel has its own parking garage for a fair rate.

Very approachable staff. Super helpful to store our luggage to accommodate that our flight was after our check out time. This allowed us to explore LA even more. Highly recommend for a quiet and not too busy area where the locals live and eat.

This is a great place for those like us who come often and need a wonderful, clean, safe place to stay without the need for walkability, but still satisfying the need to be close to Weho, West LA, LAX, etc. Staff is skeletal but that is part of why the rates are excellent.

Very clean and quiet. Upgraded the room with no issues. Only issue is paying for amenities we didn’t use such as the gym and pool. Will definitely stay here again on another visit.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were very friendly, our room very clean and updated. I only gave 3 stars for area around property because I didn't think it was all that great of an area. I didn't really want to walk anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised when I went down to get my husband coffee and there were two plates with pastries/donuts. I love donuts however while getting his coffee, another hotel quest had a bag and pretty much filled it with most of the items set out. He left one donut and one croissant which I took the donut for myself and croissant for my husband. I thought how rude of him which it appeared that the plates were replenished when we walked by again to go out. This is petty however I wanted to say something to the man but didn't. It's not that I wanted more or another selection but I felt it rude because there are other guests as well. Now a days you shouldn't confront strangers.
