The hotel was great and staff were super kind. I would definitely come back, if needed. My only recommendation would be to have an iron in the room as it could be helpful to those who are traveling and their clothes can be wrinkled in their luggage.

The room and facility are well kept. Kate and the staff members are professional. Appreciate the cleaning lady who cleaned the room daily even without being asked. Even though we could hear the next room, you cannot avoid this from any hotel. Strongly recommend the hotel. Across from the hotel, there is a coffeeshop, "memory making," and two blocks down from the hotel, there is an Asian grocery store, "HanNam." Memory making is pricy. You can get reasonably priced Korean foods from HanNam.

New pillows and new mattress for the beds would be a great addition to the current upgrades it looks like it’s been going through. Also more parking. Other than those suggestions the staff was great and good location to explore the city.
