Had numerous issues during just a one night stay. Food options very limited and end at 8pm. It was even a struggle to get a bottled water; no shop and the vending machine credit card reader not working. Twice my room key stopped working and the staff was not even apologetic. Hot water took forever to heat in shower. Halls and rooms smelled musty.

It was a gorgeous hotel was relaxing. The room was amazing. The price could’ve been a little better. They put us on the second floor right above the restaurant which played loud bumping music until midnight. Hard to get to sleep. Maybe they should not have a room there other than that OK

What a wonderful find this place is. Thank you Expedia for recommending it. It’s like a colonial Spanish hacienda with gorgeous courtyards and lovely paintings and sculptures. It’s an older property, but everything is so tastefully done, it’s not a problem.

On recommendation from flight crew friend we stayed here but after arriving early evening from a 12 hr flight, there was no room service and we had to go downstairs order and pay for dinner and bring it up to room. Additionally the rooms were very bare. No bottled water offered at all free or to be paid. This hotel doesn’t have basic amenities as advertised.

The perfect stay
This was the second time I’ve stayed here. I had such a wonderful time the first time which is why I came back and again I had such a fantastic time. It is such a nice day, a nice getaway and locate a very good spot where you can access many different directions.

Horrible service. The front desk employees don't have manors and they're not even basically cordially with the guest. Worst experience ever and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody. I previously stayed in another Ayres Hotel in California and thenservice was amazing.
