Above all the staff was amazing. The front desk was helpful. The housekeeping staff was excellent. They helped us to make sure our room was to our liking. The breakfast staff was amazing. I highly recommend this location.

The hotel was comfortable. The room air conditioner was working well and nice and quiet. The blackout curtains were great! The room was nicely renovated and had amenities.

Breakfast was okay. Nothing really great and it repeated itself every couple of days. Room had ants in it when we checked in the first day and they had to finally spray the room to get rid of the ants and then a couple of spiders came out from the spray. Beds were not comfortable as they seemed like they needed to be replaced and bathroom door at the bottom was rusted due to water from the shower.

The staff was not helpful at all!! They get condescending and defensive even though it was completely understandable that the power outtage we experienced was not their fault. The least they should have done is called a manager to the site so the guests were updated in an honest manner. Others present were nothing but a bunch of liars telling us they could not do anything at all!!!!!

This hotel has a very good staff. They take very good care of you. Very clean. The only bad part was the construction outside on the roads, but that’s out of the hotels Control.

I’ve never had a bad experience at the Ayres Suites and I’ve stayed in both the Redlands and Diamond Bar locations. The staff have always been helpful, outgoing and looking to assist! I very much enjoyed the pool area in Diamond Bar recently, which overlooks a golf course. Beautiful greenery where you wouldn’t really expect it… refreshing!
