Overall facilities condition was superb. Whirlpool was useful, breakfast service was outstanding, food quality was the best. Easily the best hotel/motel I have had the pleasure of residence in quite a long time. 5 Stars!

The staff that checked us in wasn’t very welcoming or professional. Hotel walls are pretty thin. We could hear everything in our neighbor’s room. Smell of bleach or some type of chemical in first room. Requested a room change, only to find a very strong floral scent in the second room. Great location with tons of restaurant and shopping options.

Nice clean and quiet room with great breakfast.
We enjoyed the quiet clean spacious room with a refrigerator and microwave. The afternoon cookies were great and the free breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked eggs and cheese blintzes! Our only criticism was the shower was a tub style which is harder to get into and the water pressure was poor for the shower head.

Staff could not do enough to ensure our comfort. I loved the room with the entry to the beautiful courtyard. There was a musty smell we were able to quell by having that back door open for a while. It is a bit difficult to figure out exactly how to access the hotel.

Wish it was better.
Cockroach on the wall when we walked into our room; water on the floor in the bathroom. Dated property; room had a hint of smoke smell attempted to be covered up by some other fragrance. Won’t be coming back. Staff were friendly; but the property could use a refresher- more reminiscent of a 2 star hotel, not a 3.
