Our hotel room smelled very muggy. The carpet had a pretty big brown spot. They "Go Green" so your bed doesn't get made and your bed sheets don't get changed until the 4th day. The pool was not clean. Staff was very friendly.

I like the safe parking. Liked the help of the staff. Only issue did like was hot tub was not clean as outside and stuff blew into it. And there was no skimmer near by to remove it. But other than that a great stay.

They tried their best
The first couple of rooms that were assigned to me smell cigarettes smoke supposed be non smoking hotel. The automatic lights sensor kept flashing the lights on all night long. Overall the staff did their best to accommodate.
