That is how it feels walking into Bungalow 220-every corner has been curated and well-appointed with comfort and coziness and an innate cool settled firmly in the forefront. This 2 bed/ 1 bath Venice bungalow serves up classic Cali lifestyle in bunches.
If ANY house rules are violated, renters must vacate property immediately. Renter forfeits all rental funds and security deposit and house rules violation(s) could also incur additional charges

-No smoking anywhere on the property.
-No pets. A dog may be considered with prior written permission, pet fee, and agreement to pet rules.
-If you would like to have people over, please ask. People other than those listed in the Guest party may not be on site without prior written consent. Any additional guests on site at anytime will be $300 per person & per day.
- No partying or noise disturbance is allowed. Quiet time is after 10pm in Los Angeles. Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and the entirety of security deposit.
- No disruption to the neighborhood anytime day or night. This is a peaceful family neighborhood on a narrow windy street. The entire neighborhood must be treated with respect. If neighbors complain and/or call the police, renters will evict property and forfeit all rental funds.
- All guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities and are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- Guests will not film on the property or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce content of any kind unless granted permission by owner and property manager prior to booking. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and security deposit and leave the premises immediately.
- Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.
- Any excessive damage to furniture or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the Property Manager
-We do charge if checkout instructions not followed. Amount charge based on mess left behind and decided by property manager.

Overall this was just okay. It was clean, well stocked, and had a cute front patio. However, there were some issues that could have been resolved before our stay. Checking in was a bit confusing. The location in the app didn’t match the location sent in the messages. The hot water wasn’t functional for the first day. Worked for 3 minutes and went cold. The home owner left a note explaining they have a part on order. I contacted the property manager and they got the issue resolved by the next day, which was appreciated. However, I probably wouldn’t have booked this if I knew there were hot water issues. It seems like they already knew about the issue but waited to fix it until we brought it up? A little strange, but at least it was resolved. Batteries in air conditioner remotes and bidet remote were all dead except for one that was almost dead. Some light fixtures were missing the covers and were just exposed bulbs. Lots of little black spiders/bugs. I totally understand a few bugs here and there, but we saw 7-8 spiders and some other bugs during our 5 night stay. I think this property could benefit from a maintenance exterminator. Upon checking out I got a reminder message to complete the checkout tasks in the house book to avoid a fee. That’s fine, but there was no house book. I looked for one when I arrived but couldn’t find it. The neighborhood and location were great and the property manager was helpful, but it didn’t feel professionally maintained/cared for.
